PiggyPot Update - Touch ID & Our £1million Milestone!
We know how important it is that your money is safe. We welcome the chance to make it easy for you to set aside funds, but take our responsibilities on security very seriously.
That’s why today, we’re excited to be releasing a brand new update to the App Store. With Version 1.12 we see the welcome addition of Touch ID which makes saving with PiggyPot even more secure.
Touch ID Security
If your device supports Touch ID you can now use it for extra protection on your PiggyPot account. Touch ID uses Apple's fingerprint identity sensor to log you in quickly and securely, anytime you open the app.
You’ll be asked if you’d like to enable Touch ID when you update to the latest version. It can then be turned on or off from the settings view.
Give it a go and let us know what you think!
Along with Touch ID we’ve introduced a brand new help centre where you can find answers to any questions you might have about using PiggyPot. You can search, browse and learn about exactly how PiggyPot works with handy guides and help articles.
